Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead the bid team across regional projects from £5m to £50m, ensuring robust technical and commercial submissions. You will manage inputs from multiple stakeholders and report to the Managing Director while guiding the pre-construction strategy and talent development.

The role requires BIM experience, a construction qualification (HNC or above), a valid UK driving licence, and strong organisational skills to handle

Qualifications

HNC or above in Construction.
Full valid UK driving licence.
Proficiency in programming software and development of literature to clearly articulate the delivery strategy at pre-construction phase.
Previous BIM Experience.
Have extensive technical construction knowledge.

Responsibilities

Develop the pre-construction programme, delivery programme and operational delivery strategy for each project.
Ensure the bid teams are managed and are collating inputs from a variety of stakeholders to ensure a robust technical and commercial submission is issued.
Support the development and management of talent within the pre-construction team.
Identify and share market intelligence to enhance our offer on future bids (for example Sustainability and Modern Methods of Construction).
