Responsibilities

  • Answering emails.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Checking job portals for work and status.
  • Updating job spreadsheets.
  • Obtaining certificates from operatives, saving and uploading them.
  • Chasing outstanding certificates from operatives.
  • Checking repairs / maintenance work has been completed.
  • Ensuring parts are ordered and available for operatives.
  • Updating clients on status of works.
  • Working directly with end-user residents.
