We are looking for a Connectivity Manager to lead and guide the cluster connectivity team and ensure our connected solutions are implemented. This pivotal role bridges pre‑sales, product delivery, and implementation. It ensures smooth collaboration among therapy specialists, the commercial team, connectivity specialists, and technical/digital service functions. You will lead a team of connectivity specialists who serve as connectivity experts in commercial projects. You will build a scalable, standardised, and customer‑centric connectivity function that improves pre‑sales efficiency. It guarantees technical readiness for implementation and allows for consistent, high‑quality project delivery across UKIN. This supports caregivers in fully benefiting from Baxter connected solutions and ultimately aids patient outcomes.
