In this role, you will support the Engineering Configuration Management team to implement configuration management processes and ensure regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include maintaining data management systems, administering change control procedures, and interfacing with various stakeholders. Ideal candidates should have experience in manufacturing or engineering, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and solid communication skills. Qualifications

  • Relevant years' experience within Manufacturing and/or Quality/Engineering organizations.
  • Knowledge of Configuration and Data management processes.
  • Raytheon Six Sigma certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Company MRP & Data management Systems.
  • Administer Configuration and Data Management per standard processes.
  • Responsible for the Change Control Board (CCB).
  • Interfacing with other business areas and customers.
  • Support external agency and customer audits.

Job Title: Configuration Analyst

Function: Engineering

Duration: Permanent

Hours: 37 hours over 4 days (Mon-Thur) 9.25 hours per day.

Location(s): Glenrothes - On-site with 1 day working from home. Must be able to be on-site 3 days a week and close to the Scotland site.

Security Clearance Requirements: Baseline, (BPSS).

What You Will Do

Raytheon is seeking a Configuration Analyst to facilitate & support the identification & implementation / flow down of required Customer, Company & Regulatory requirements. You will be a valued member of the Engineering Configuration Management team assisting with the creation and maintenance of Raytheon standard processes and procedures for Configuration and Data Management, whilst ensuring compliance to Customer and internal requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Population and maintenance of the Company MRP & Data management Systems.
  • Creation and maintenance of Program baselines.
  • Administer Configuration and Data Management in line with RSL standard processes and practices, Customer requirements and relevant Program security requirements.
  • Responsible for the Change Control Board (CCB) in accordance with Raytheon CCB Procedure and customer requirements.
  • Interfacing and communication with other business areas and customers.
  • Support external agency, accreditation body & customer audits.
  • Issue and control of customer and internal work instructions and procedures.
  • Input to Configuration reporting and metrics.
  • Maintain customer and RSL documentation and software in a suitable Data Management repository as defined by internal and customer requirements.
  • Support the use of the company life cycle management systems (IPDS) as required by Programs.
  • Participate in process improvements utilising Raytheon CORE.
  • Participate in effective & timely closure of actions received from customer and internal audits.
  • Support and input to Program EAC's.
  • Support and input to new and repeat business Program bids.
What You Will Learn /Desirable Skills
  • Relevant years' experience within Manufacturing and / or Quality / Engineering organization.
  • Knowledge of Configuration and Data management processes and procedures.
  • Raytheon Six Sigma certified.
  • Knowledge of ITAR, security restrictions and markings.
