Job summary

United Media in London is seeking an operations-focused professional to own the end-to-end execution of our European private equity conferences. You will manage venues, suppliers, on-site teams and the attendee experience, ensuring seamless delivery across events.

Based in our London HQ, you will ship with a hands-on approach, coordinating budgets, timelines and cross-functional teams. Start date is onsite, with travel to conferences overseas.

Qualifications

• Training is provided and UK work permit is required.
• Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Source, compare and select the best suppliers for event needs.
• Negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
