Job summary

The QHotels Collection and Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa are seeking a capable supervisor to lead a hospitality food & beverage team and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You’ll motivate staff, ensure high-quality service, upsell promotions, and train team members for excellence across the Brasserie, terrace, spa, and events spaces.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department
• Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation
• A good knowledge on wines and spirits
• Excellent team motivator and team builder

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.

Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa is located just outside Crewe and is a 4*, 117-bedroom property. Our hotel has the Brasserie restaurant and terrace bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
