Job summary

Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead our hospitality team and deliver outstanding guest experiences within the Brasserie restaurant and spa areas.

You will train staff, upsell promotions, and drive revenue while maintaining exceptional service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department.
• Proficient in maintaining a professional, efficient, high-quality, service-oriented operation.
• Good knowledge of wines and spirits.

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.
