Slaley Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is seeking a skilled supervisor to lead a hospitality F&B team at Hexham. You will ensure high guest satisfaction, drive revenue through upselling, and guarantee staff training on promotions.

The role emphasizes professional service and quality standards in a 4* setting. You'll work within The QHotels Collection, with access to discounts, health club membership, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in hospitality food & beverage required.
• Knowledge of wines and spirits preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.

Is this the role for me?

• Previousexperience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department
• Ability of working in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation
• A good knowledge on wines and spirits
• Excellent team motivator and team builder
• Must have experience working in meeting and events.
