Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House, a 4* property with 165 bedrooms just outside Winchester in Sutton Scotney, seeks a hospitality supervisor. You will lead the team to deliver exemplary guest experiences, ensure training, and promote high standards across F&B operations.

Knowledge of wines and spirits, strong leadership, and a passion for service excellence are essential. The role offers opportunities for professional qualifications and development within The QHotels Collection.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department.
• Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation.
• Good knowledge of wines and spirits.
• Excellent team motivator and team builder.

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience.working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.
