Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa is seeking a proactive Conference & Events lead to drive excellence in guest experiences, manage the events team, and collaborate with Sales to plan and execute meetings, banquets, and weddings at a flagship venue just outside Crewe.

You will ensure brand standards are upheld, motivate staff, and push revenue opportunities across events, dining, and private functions, with a focus on trends, quality, and service delivery.

What will I do?

Responsible for leading the Conference & Events team, you’ll lead from the front and work together with your team to ensure brand standards are adhered to, the guest experience is to a very high standard and revenues are maximised at every opportunity. Working closely with the Events & Group Sales team to plan and execute each event, meeting the client’s expectations.

Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa is located just outside Crewe and is a 4*, 117-bedroom property. Our hotel has the Brasserie restaurant and terrace bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
