Job summary

Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa, part of The QHotels Collection, is seeking a supervisor to lead the F&B team and ensure a high standard of guest experience. You will work with your team to upsell promotions while training colleagues to deliver exceptional service.

Located just outside Crewe, this 4* property features Brasserie dining, leisure facilities, and conference spaces. The role emphasizes team leadership, quality service, and effective training in a hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department.
• Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation.
• A good knowledge on wines and spirits.
• Excellent team motivator and team builder.

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.
