Job summary

The QHotels Collection at Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead a hospitality team and deliver a high standard of guest experience. You’ll train and motivate staff, ensuring upsell opportunities are explored and promotions explained to guests.

Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa, a 4*, 117-bedroom property with Brasserie restaurant and terrace bar, offers afternoon tea, private dining and meeting spaces.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality food & beverage
• Excellent team motivator and team builder
• Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high-quality, service-oriented operation
• Good knowledge of wines and spirits

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.
