Job summary

Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa, part of The QHotels Collection, seeks a proactive supervisor to lead a hospitality team and deliver an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

You'll motivate colleagues, upsell promotions, and ensure staff have the training to maintain high service standards. The hotel offers a Brasserie and terrace bar, spa facilities, plus extensive leisure amenities nearby Crewe.

Qualifications

• Previousexperience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department
• Ability of working in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation
• A good knowledge on wines and spirits
• Excellent team motivator and team builder

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.
