Job summary

Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa in Crewe is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead the hospitality team in delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will work with colleagues to ensure service standards are met across F&B operations.

Experience in a supervisory role in hospitality, a good knowledge of wines and spirits, and a proven ability to motivate a team are essential. The role offers training support, staff development, and opportunities to upsell and promote seasonal promotions.

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.
