The Park Royal Hotel & Spa, part of The QHotels Collection, is seeking a guest-focused role to enhance guest experiences across Food & Beverage areas. You will ensure brand standards, stay informed on pricing and promotions, and actively advise guests to maximise sales.

Ideal candidates display passion for guest service, strong customer relations, and the ability to manage time and stay composed under pressure in a busy hotel environment.

What will I do?

You will be stationed in a variety of Food & Beverage areas across the hotel ensuring guest satisfactionand brand standards are met. You will keep up to date with pricing and promotions in order to provide advice to guests and maximise sales.

Our hotel is a 4*, 146-bedroom property and has a restaurant, lounge bar and terrace, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
