Job summary

The QHotels Collection is seeking friendly guest services staff for Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa. You will help ensure guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards across food and beverage outlets, while promoting pricing and promotions to guests.

Role requires strong customer service, good time management, and the ability to work under pressure. Training and development opportunities are offered, along with parking and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred.
• Capable of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to adapt to varying shifts and busy periods.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in person, over the phone, and via messages.
• Provide information on facilities, promotions, and local attractions.
• Handle bookings, pricing, and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

What will I do?

You will be stationed in a variety of Food & Beverage areas across the hotel ensuring guest satisfactionandbrandstandardsare met. You will keep up to date with pricing and promotionsin order toprovide advice to guestsand maximise sales.

Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa is located just outside Crewe and is a 4*, 117-bedroom property. Our hotel has the Brasserie restaurant and terrace bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, two tennis courts and a relaxing Elemis spa.
