Job summary

Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa is seeking a proactive supervisor in hospitality to lead a team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will drive revenue opportunities, ensure staff training on promotions, and maintain high service standards across the F&B operation.

We value wine & spirits knowledge, professionalism, and strong team building skills. The role offers progression and access to our training programmes within The QHotels Collection.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality food & beverage department.
• Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high-quality, service-oriented operation.
• Excellent knowledge of wines and spirits.
• Excellent team motivator and team builder.

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.
