Job summary

Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is seeking a dynamic Conference & Events Manager to lead the team and ensure outstanding guest experiences while driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the Events & Group Sales teams to plan and execute each event to meet client expectations.

With a background in hospitality, you will oversee meetings, banqueting and weddings, manage people, and stay up-to-date with food & beverage trends and wines & spirits to deliver exceptional service

Qualifications

Previous experience working within hospitality.
Experience in busy meetings, events, banqueting and weddings.
People management experience.
Up to date with food & beverages trends and best practice.
Knowledge of wines & spirits.

Responsibilities

Lead the Conference & Events team to maintain brand standards and deliver a high guest experience.
Collaborate with Events & Group Sales to plan and execute events and maximise revenues.
