Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa is seeking a proactive Conference & Events lead to drive excellence in guest experiences, manage the events team, and collaborate with Sales to plan and execute meetings, banquets, and weddings at a flagship venue just outside Crewe.

You will ensure brand standards are upheld, motivate staff, and push revenue opportunities across events, dining, and private functions, with a focus on trends, quality, and service delivery.

Qualificações

• Previousexperience working withinhospitality
• Have worked in a busy meetings & events, banqueting and weddingsvenue
• People management experience
• Up to date with food & beverages trends&best practice
• Knowledge of wines & spirits
