Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is a 4* property just outside Glasgow in Cumbernauld with 148 bedrooms, an 18-hole golf course and dining options including Flemings restaurant, the Grill and afternoon tea, plus private dining and meetings spaces.

As Conference & Events leader you’ll guide the team from the front, uphold brand standards, maximise revenue and work with the Events & Group Sales team to plan and deliver memorable events for clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within hospitality.
• Experience in busy meetings & events, banqueting and weddings.
• People management experience.
• Up to date with food & beverage trends and best practice.
• Knowledge of wines & spirits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Conference & Events team to deliver a high-standard guest experience.
• Work closely with the Events & Group Sales team to plan and execute each event.
• Maximise revenues at every opportunity.
• Ensure brand standards are adhered to.
