Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa is seeking an inspirational hospitality leader to head the Food & Beverage operation. You will lead across conference & events, restaurant, bar and room service, ensuring outstanding guest service and driving revenue.

You should have previous F&B hotel experience, people management skills, and a passion for quality standards. The role offers progression and access to training and benefits within The QHotels Collection.

What will I do?

Leading by example and from the front, you’ll lead an F&B team across all outlets across the hotel, including conference & events, restaurant, bar and room service, ensuring together as a team you deliver the highest guest service at all times and maximise on revenue at every opportunity!

Our hotel has the Brasserie restaurant and terrace bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
