Job summary

Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa is seeking an inspirational F&B leader to oversee the food and beverage operation across conference & events, restaurant, bar and room service. You’ll lead by example from the front and ensure the highest guest service standards while driving revenue across all outlets.

With experience in a hotel F&B environment, you’ll manage people, uphold quality and standards, and mentor a team to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a food & beverage department in a hotel or similar.
• People management experience.
• Quality & standards driven.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of all things food & beverage.

What will I do?

Leading by example and from the front, you’ll lead an F&B team across all outlets across the hotel, including conference & events, restaurant, bar and room service, ensuring together as a team you deliver the highest guest service at all times and maximise on revenue at every opportunity!

Our hotel has the Brasserie restaurant and terrace bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
