Job summary

The QHotels Collection in Crewe is seeking an energetic F&B Team Leader to direct outlets across the hotel, including conference & events, restaurant, bar and room service.

You will lead by example, drive guest service excellence, uphold standards and help maximise revenue, with a focus on teamwork and staff development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a food & beverage department in a hotel or similar.
• People management experience required.
• Quality & standards driven and customer-focused.
• Strong knowledge on all things food & beverage.

What will I do?

Leading by example and from the front, you’ll lead an F&B team across all outlets across the hotel, including conference & events, restaurant, bar and room service, ensuring together as a team you deliver the highest guest service at all times and maximise on revenue at every opportunity!

Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa is located just outside Crewe and is a 4*, 117-bedroom property. Our hotel has the Brasserie restaurant and terrace bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, two tennis courts and a relaxing Elemis spa.
