Forest of Arden Hotel & Country Club in the Midlands is seeking a Conference and Banqueting Assistant Manager to support event operations and lead the events team. You will help ensure flawless delivery of conferences and banquets while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

Qualificações

• Experience in conference and banqueting, hospitality, or event management.
• Strong leadership and team supervision.

• Ensuring smooth food and beverage service during events.
• Upholding high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Handling guest requests and resolving issues for a seamless experience.
• Assisting with staff training and development.
• Monitoring stock levels and liaising with suppliers.
