The Forest of Arden Hotel & Country Club in Warwickshire is seeking a Conference and Banqueting Associate (Casual). You will help prepare event spaces, support food and beverage service, and ensure an exceptional guest experience during conferences, meetings, and banquets.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and breaking down event spaces according to client needs and hotel standards.
• Assisting with food and beverage service during conferences, banquets, and special events.
• Ensuring tables, buffets, and service areas are well-presented and maintained throughout events.
• Providing attentive and friendly service to guests, responding to their needs efficiently.
• Coordinating with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service.
• Clearing tables and resetting spaces for upcoming functions.
• Upholding health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all food and beverage handling.
• Assisting with any additional event duties as required by the banqueting team.
