Mitie in Birmingham seeks a Workplace Host to deliver a concierge-style service to building users. You will pre-empt needs, greet visitors, and be the go-to person for queries while upholding a 5* standard of customer care.

You will support meeting room setup, act as a first point of contact, and assist with events and IT/AV support, ensuring a professional, welcoming environment at all times.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in high-end hotels, clubs, airlines, or corporate workplaces.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• SIA certification (training available).

Responsabilités

• Greet visitors and provide a 5-star concierge service.
• Be the visible, go-to person for queries in the lobby.
• Manage reception and event space bookings.
• Provide desk-side IT/AV support as needed.
• Maintain immaculate grooming and professional presentation.
