Job summary

Portico in Birmingham seeks a Corporate Welcome Host for a multi-occupied building. You will deliver a warm welcome, assist visitors and occupiers, and uphold a high standard of service across the reception.

As the stand-alone Portico on-site member, you will manage inquiries, support building operations, and foster strong relationships with tenants. The role is a 40-hour week, with shifts 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required for the role.
• Must be comfortable being the sole Portico team member on site and work within a larger portfolio.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with tenants.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and customer-focused assistance on site.
• Be the sole Portico team member on site while coordinating with the wider portfolio team.
• Develop strong relationships with tenants and occupiers to ensure a positive visitor experience.
