Role

• To be an ambassador for baking science with the concept team
• Working closely with concept controllers to meet critical paths
• Effectively work in the bakery test kitchen and ensure all ingredients meet traceability requirements
• Work closely with the innovation team to ensure pipelines are secure for future concepts
