Our Client within the Local Authority requires a proven Compliance Programme Manager to lead the delivery and governance of the organisation's electrical testing program, ensuring timely inspections, remedials, and compliance. Assure senior leaders and promote safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage programme plans, schedules, and contractor performance.
  • Coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
  • Prioritize risks and develop recovery plans.
  • Oversee procurement, contracts, and finances.
  • Maintain accurate records and data integrity.
  • Lead communication and foster a safety culture.
  • Monitor KPIs, produce reports, and drive improvements.

Requirements:
