Do you have a passion for safety and compliance? Are you skilled at sharing knowledge and helping others develop? We're looking for a Compliance & Health & Safety Tutor to design and deliver training that ensures our teams work safely, confidently, and in line with regulations.
In this role, you'll design, develop, and deliver engaging compliance and health & safety training for both internal and external staff, ensuring all courses meet regulatory standards and business needs. You'll cover essential topics such as manual handling, abrasive wheels, working at height, harness and lanyard inspection, conflict resolution, and water regulations including safe isolation and damp & mould management. Additionally, you'll help create a suite of “Intro to…” courses across various trades, leveraging your own qualifications and expertise to support workforce development.
The role will involve a mix of working from home 2 days a week focusing on administrative task and 3 days a week travelling to various sites to delivertraining, we are flexible in this approach.
