Overview

Compliance and Quality Administrator – Tonbridge – Up to £30K depending on experience – 8:30-5pm Monday-Friday

Are you passionate about product compliance and development? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where attention to detail is key? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client, a leading organisation in the sector, is looking for a Compliance and Quality Administrator to join their talented team in Tonbridge.

You will play a pivotal role in managing the product journey. You'll be responsible for ensuring that products meet compliance standards from development through to delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the product journey; oversee sample tracking from development through to delivery
  • Produce declarations of conformity, bills of materials, and product risk assessments
  • Manage new product setups, ensuring accurate details are submitted
  • Assist with compliance queries and work closely with other teams in the business
  • Manage sample submissions and address testing failures
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes and update testing criteria as required
  • Manage the FSC auditing process for product factories, ensuring compliance at all times
  • Maintain the compliance document database, ensuring it is current
Skills and Qualifications
  • Confident user of Excel and Microsoft packages
  • Familiar with IT systems and data input
  • An excellent eye for detail
  • Able to manage a busy workload and work to tight SLAs
