Complex Healthare Assistant in Hastings and surrounding areas? We are currently recruiting for Complex Care Assistant in Hastings and surround areas. We're seeking compassionate, caring and experienced team members to join us and support clients within their own homes.

What We're Looking For
  • Effectively communicate with our clients and invest time in understanding their needs and requirements
  • To be able to think outside the box to introduce new and engaging activities to enrich the clients day-to-day life
  • Provide personal and medical care with a professional and compassionate approach
Requirements
  • Experience with tracheostomy care and PEG feeding (preferred but not essential-training can be provided for the right candidate)
  • A creative and adaptable mindset
  • A caring nature and a commitment to enhancing our client's quality of life
Benefits
  • £14.30 - £17.60 per hour
  • Bank holiday rates of pay - £21.45 - £30.80 per hour
  • Choice of day, night and weekend shifts.
