A progressive banking service is looking for a tenured FCA-regulated Complaints Adviser in London. The role requires supporting customers through phone, chat, and email, ensuring excellent service while addressing complaints. Successful candidates will have comprehensive experience in the FCA regulatory environment. The position offers a salary of £24,750 to £29,625 plus benefits, with remote work options available.
