Inspiring Vet Care in North Devon is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our two-site mixed practice. You’ll be the first point of contact, greet clients and their pets, manage bookings, handle enquiries and support our clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure a smooth client journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with strong service focus.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients and their pets with a welcoming manner.
• Efficiently manage the diary to maximise appointment slots.
• Answer phones, emails and other client communications.
• Register clients for the Pet Health Club.
• Process payments accurately.
