Job summary

inspiring vet care in Market Vets, North Devon, is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our two-site mixed practice on a full-time permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You will manage appointments, handle enquiries, support client communications and work closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a smooth client and patient journey.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.

We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Market Vets on a full-time permanent basis.

We are a friendly, two-site mixed practice based in North Devon, just a short drive from Exmoor and the stunning North Devon beaches. Our practice boasts modern, well-equipped facilities and a diverse range of clinical interests among our team, including exotics and orthopaedics.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

This is a full-time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week.
