Inspiring Vet Care is seeking an organised Receptionist for a full-time fixed-term 6-month role at Fivelands Vets. The 38-hour week spans three sites with occasional Saturdays, delivering a welcoming, professional client experience.

You will manage appointments, answer enquiries, take payments and provide general admin support, with veterinary experience preferred but training available.

Qualifications

• Reception experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets at the front desk and manage client communications.
• Answer phones, take messages and process payments.
• Schedule appointments and provide general administrative support.
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure a smooth client journey.
