Red Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Banbury to support patients through their healthcare journey. You will handle enquiries, arrange appointments and provide clear information with reassurance over the telephone. Immediate start available in a compassionate, patient-facing role with no clinical experience required.

The position offers a temporary-to-permanent contract, office-based in Banbury, with hours 9am-5.30pm, and a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

Formación

• Previous experience in customer service, contact centres, administration or a patient-facing role.
• Excellent telephone and communication skills, with a caring and empathetic approach.
• Patience and confidence speaking with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including vulnerable or nervous patients.

Responsabilidades

• Handling inbound and outbound calls with patients in a friendly, professional and compassionate manner.
• Supporting patients with appointment bookings, changes, referrals and general enquiries.
• Providing clear information about appointments, treatment and aftercare.
