Job summary

Kisimul Group is seeking a compassionate Life Practitioner to support individuals with severe learning disabilities in daily activities and in community outings. A company vehicle is provided and a UK driving license (or 2+ years of UK driving) is required to drive.

Starting pay ranges from £13.12 to £14.12 per hour with progression through our competency framework. We offer genuine career development, fully funded qualifications, access to a Blue Light Card, and various financial and wellbeing

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for care and to contribute to others' progression.
• Strong team player.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist with daily activities and accompany them on trips into the community.
