Job summary

Kisimul Group is seeking Life Practitioners for our Adult Supported Living Home in Yaxley, Peterborough. You will support individuals with complex needs to lead more independent lives, assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

Starting rate £13.12–£14.62 per hour, with progression through a competency framework to higher rates. A company vehicle is provided for work-related transport, and a full UK driving licence (or driving in the UK for 2+ years) is

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for care and helping others progress.

• Level 3 Health & Social Care or willingness to pursue.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist with daily activities to promote independence and accompany clients on community trips.
• Support transport using the company vehicle for community activities.
• Have or be prepared to gain the necessary competencies to progress within the role.
