Job summary

Kisimul Group Limited is seeking a compassionate Life Practitioner to support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will assist with daily activities and accompany clients on community trips, using a company vehicle when required.

The role emphasizes teamwork, excellent communication, and the ability to seek support when needed. A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or progress toward it is preferred, with a progression pathway and DBS checks provided.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards.
• Full UK driving licence or 2+ years driving experience in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Help them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities.
• Accompany them on trips into the community and during outings.
• Drive the company vehicle to transport individuals to activities, appointments, and events.
