Job summary

Kisimul Group Limited is seeking a compassionate Life Practitioner to support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will assist with daily activities and accompany clients on community trips, using a company vehicle when required.

The role emphasizes teamwork, excellent communication, and the ability to seek support when needed. A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or progress toward it is preferred, with a progression pathway and DBS checks provided.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards.
• Full UK driving licence or 2+ years driving experience in the UK.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community. We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more. Starting rates are £13.12 and for those with experience it's £14.12 Level 1 - £13.12, Level 2 - £13.62, Level 3 £14.12 You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates of pay.
