Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Life Practitioners for Suillean House, Heckington. You will support adults with severe learning disabilities in daily activities and community outings, promoting independence and wellbeing. A valid UK driver’s licence is required to drive the company vehicle.

Starting pay is £13.12 per hour, with progression to £14.12 for experienced staff. The role includes a clear competency framework and opportunities for qualification funding and career development.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist with daily activities to promote independence and well‑being.
• Accompany residents on trips into the community.
• Support driving duties with the company vehicle if qualified.
• Contribute to a compassionate, engaging, safe living environment.
