Job summary

Kisimul Group is seeking Life Practitioners to join our Adult Residential Home in Gormanach, Epsom. You will support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live more independent lives through daily activities and community outings.

A company vehicle is provided; you must hold a full UK driving licence (or have 2+ years driving in the UK). Starting rates are £14.17–£15.25 per hour, with progression through our competency framework.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for care and helping others progress.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Resilience and willingness to seek support as needed.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist with daily activities to promote independence.
• Accompany residents on trips into the community.
• Drive the company vehicle; a full UK driving licence (or 2+ years in the UK) is required.
