Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Life Practitioners for Keyll House in Surrey to support adults with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.

You will assist with daily activities, accompany trips, and help residents live more independent lives. A company vehicle is available and driving requires a full UK license or two years' UK driving experience.

Starting rates are £14.17–£15.25 per hour, with opportunities to progress through a competency framework and increased pay grades.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy
• A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Help residents with daily activities and accompany them on trips into the community.
• Assist with transport and outings using the company vehicle when required.
