Job summary
Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Life Practitioners for our Adult Residential Home in Epsom. You will support individuals with severe learning disabilities, helping them live independent lives by assisting daily activities and joining trips into the community.
A company vehicle is provided for community outings, and you must hold a UK driving licence or have two years’ UK driving experience. Starting pay is £14.17–£15.25 per hour, with progression through competency levels and opportunities to
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for care and to contribute to the progression of others.
- Strong team player.
- Resilient and confident to ask for support as needed.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care or a willingness to work towards.
Responsibilities
- Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Assist with daily activities and practical tasks.
- Accompany individuals on trips into the community.
- Support with transportation using the company vehicle (driving licence required).
