Kisimul Group Ltd. is hiring Life Practitioners for Breagha House in Retford. You will support adults with severe learning disabilities, helping them live independently and join community activities.

A driver’s licence is required to transport clients using the company vehicle. Starting pay ranges from £13.12 to £14.12 per hour, with progression through competency levels. Benefits include career development, funded qualifications, DBS, pension, and discounted services.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and enthusiastic caregiving approach.
• Strong teamwork and communication within a care team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks (records, schedules).
• Must hold a full UK driver’s licence or have driven in the UK for 2+ years.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily activities in a residential setting.
