Job summary

Kisimul Group Limited is seeking Life Practitioners for our Adult Supported Living Home in Gamston, Nottinghamshire. You will support individuals with severe learning disabilities, helping them live more independent lives and join community activities.

Starting pay is £13.12 per hour, rising with experience to £14.12; a company vehicle is provided, and you can progress through our competency framework to higher rates.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for care and helping others.
• Strong team player with reliable collaboration.
• Resilient with ability to seek support when needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy and basic digital skills.
• Level 3 Health & Social Care or working towards it.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist with daily activities and accompany on trips into the community.
• Safely transport clients using the company vehicle; hold a full UK driving licence (or 2+ years driving in the UK).
• Contribute to a compassionate, person-centred care environment.
• Engage in ongoing skills development through competency framework.
