Chelmsford Star Co-op is seeking a Funeral Advisor to help run our funeral homes, support families, maintain high standards and build trusted relationships. You’ll be flexible, covering other Funeral Homes for sickness and holidays and arranging funerals as required.

You’ll blend empathy with organisation and local connections, assisting families through all aspects of the funeral arrangement process and ensuring they feel supported and informed.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised funeral service options and cost transparency to families.
• Coordinate funeral arrangements between family and Funeral Director, ensuring clear communication.
• Maintain the funeral home to be clean, tidy, secure and compliant at all times.
