OurCoop is seeking a dedicated Funeral Advisor to support families through the funeral planning process. You will guide clients respectfully, coordinate with funeral homes, and maintain sensitive, accurate records while ensuring high standards and community presence.

The role requires empathy, organisation and strong communication, with flexibility to cover other funeral homes as needed. DBS checks will be completed as part of our recruitment process.
