OurCoop is recruiting a Funeral Advisor to support families through the funeral planning process across our local funeral homes. You’ll blend empathy with practical organisation to guide clients and ensure high standards of service and care.

You will cover other Funeral Homes as needed, requiring flexibility and travel within the area. A full UK driving licence is essential; DBS checks apply. Competitive salary and benefits available.

Responsibilities

• Arrange Funerals and pay attention to detail and transparency of cost.
• Communicate arrangements between family and Funeral Director.
• Handle administration duties with sensitivity and care.
• Ensure Funeral Home is kept clean and secure when required.
• Build relationships with hospitals, local clergy and doctors.
